RESTRICTION OF HEAVY VEHICLES DURING PEAK HOURS ON PLUS HIGHWAY

 

The Government has decided that heavy vehicles (Class 2 and Class 3) with laden weighing 10,000 kg and above or unladen weighing 10,000 kg and above will be banned along certain routes of the PLUS highway from 6:30 am till 9:30 am every day until further notice (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

 

The routes affected include the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) between Shah Alam and Jalan Duta, the North South Expressway (NSE) between Sungai Buloh and Bukit Lanjan as well as the Federal Highway Route 2 (FHR2) between Subang and Sg Rasau.

TEMPORARY ONE WAY TRAFFIC SYSTEM IN BRICKFIELDS, KL

 

Please be advised that the following roads have been converted into a one way street, till the end of October 2010; 

  • Jalan Tun Sambanthan
  • Jalan Tun Sambanthan 4
  • Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad

 

The convertion is to facilitate upgrading traffic system for Bangsar, Brickfields & KL Sentral.

** Each request sent to 32328 costs RM 0.30. (promotional rate)
Traffic Reports are available from 7.15am to 9.30am and from 4.45pm to 7pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Between 9.30am and 4.45pm, traffic report via SMS covers only the Klang Valley.
This service is available to all Maxis, Celcom and DIGI subscribers.
